Essential characteristics:

The individual chambers are self-supporting (frameless) structures consisting of four support posts firmly connected to the bottom and top panels and two side panels. The side panels can be opened or removed. The thickness of the sandwich panels is 40 mm (1 mm thick steel sheet on the outside and inside). The panels and supporting posts are filled with mineral wool with a density of 100 kg/m3. The units are equipped with fans with freely rotating impellers driven byEC (electronically commutated) motors.

The panels are made up ofgalvanised steel metal with a zinc weight of 275 g/m2 on the insideand painted sheet metal (FeZn PES J+SF) with polyester-based paint having a thickness of s=25 microns in colour RAL 7035 on the outside(exposed side). Supporting posts are painted with KOMAXIT technology having a thickness of 50 microns in colour RAL 7037.

The ALTON units are designed to be mounted on an even horizontal structure or suspended from the ceiling. Units of the same size can be stacked to math on the sides.

The ALTON units are supplied as an assembly of single chambers for easy handlingof large units and limited handling space.

The ALTON units can be equipped with the advanced Regu CMX regulation system by the manufacturer, which allows straightforward integration into the BMS (Building Management System)and supports remote unit administration and monitoring. The system supports advanced communication buses and new additions.

In addition to the Regu CMX system, you have the possibility to equip the unit with the recognised Regu ADi system, which guarantees the efficient operation of the unit in all standard operating modes.

The low energy consumption of ALTON units is secured by optimising the pressure drop of particular components and by using fans with freely rotating impeller powered by an electronically commutated (EC) motor with high efficiency and excellent controllability. The used types of recuperative and regenerative heat exchangers guarantee high heat recovery efficiency. Advanced filter materials are used to ensure low pressure drop while maintaining high filter capacity.
